Pelatihan Pengembangan Materi Ajar Berbasis Ethno-Discovery Project (EDP) bagi Guru IPA SMP/MTs di Jawa Tengah

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pelatihan pengembangan materi ajar berbasis ethno-discovery-project (EDP) bagi guru IPA SMP/MTs di Jawa Tengah dan hasil pelatihan pengembangan materi ajar berbasis ethno-discovery-project (EDP) bagi guru IPA SMP/MTs di Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian PAR menekankan pada enam (6) hal yaitu formatif, perbaikan sistem (system improvement), penyelesaian masalah (problems solving), analisis model (model analysis), peran serta (participatory), dan kesadaran kritis (critical corporate self-consciousness). Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan tentang pelatihan pengembangan materi ajar berbasis EDP bagi Guru IPA SMP/MTs se-Jawa Tengah dapat disimpulkan bahwa urutan kebutuhan pelatihan guru IPA SMP/MTs di Jawa Tengah diantaranya: pelatihan pengembangan materi ajar, pengembangan media pembelajaran, pengembangan instrument evaluasi pembelajaran, dan pengembangan RPP. Selain itu, pelatihan pengembangan materi ajar berbasis EDP bagi Guru IPA SMP/MTs telah meningkatkan kemampuan profesional, pedagogik, sosial, dan kepribadian. Sebanyak 95% guru IPA SMP/MTs telah mampu menyusun outline materi ajar berbasis EDP.
