Optimalisasi Proses Pengeringan Minyak dengan Inovasi Teknologi Spinner untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing Produk Keripik Lokal

Abstrak

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Nine Seru dalam pengolahan hasil pertanian melalui penerapan teknologi Spinner sebagai solusi untuk mengoptimalkan proses penirisan minyak pada produk keripik. Proses produksi manual yang selama ini digunakan terbukti kurang efisien dan berdampak pada mutu serta daya saing produk. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, kegiatan ini melibatkan pemetaan kebutuhan mitra, penyusunan materi pelatihan, serta pelaksanaan pelatihan teknis berbasis praktik langsung (hands-on training). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, yang terkonfirmasi melalui perbandingan hasil pre-test dan post-test serta observasi selama pelatihan. Teknologi Spinner terbukti mampu mempercepat proses pengeringan minyak, mengurangi kadar minyak berlebih, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk akhir. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi teknologi tepat guna, jika disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan lokal dan dikemas dalam metode pembelajaran aktif, dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan pedesaan. Diperlukan pelatihan lanjutan, diversifikasi teknologi, serta kolaborasi multipihak untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan peningkatan skala usaha mikro berbasis pertanian.
