Implementasi Entrepreneurial Orientation dalam membangun Viabilitas Bisnis UMKM NTB di Era Disrupsi

Abstrak

Tujuan artikel ini adalah membangun keberlanjutan usaha atau viabilitas bisnis para pelaku UMKM yang tergabung pada binaan dinas Koperasi NTB, di era disrupsi, dengan cara mengimpelementasikan orientasi entrepreneurship secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan.

Metoda Kegiatan – Dialog dan presentasi Implementasi Orientsi Entrepreneurship dengan para anggota UMKM yang tergabung binaan dinas Koperasi NTB. Kegiatan ini didukung oleh hasil studi yang menganalisis kontribusi perilaku pro-aktif, inovatif dan keberanian mengambil resiko secara terukur dalam membangun viabilitas bisnis yang dikuatkan dengan pemanfaatan modal maya. Dengan melakukan analisis moderating multiple regression terhadap 385 UMKM yang mampu bertahan di era disrupsi ini, membuktikan bahwa perilaku orientasi entrepreneurship mampu membangun keberlanjutan usaha secara meyakinkan.

Hasil – Tantangan era digitalisasi, tantangan era milineal dan tantangan era pandemic covid-19, dapat menekan kehidupan bisnis UMKM. Dengan kekuatan orientasi entrepreneship dan pemilikan modal maya para pelaku UMKM terbukti mampu menghadapi berbagai tantangan disrupsi tersebut, dengan konci sukses, diantaranya kemampuan mempertahankan usia operasi selama sepuluh tahun terakhir ini.

Kesimpulan –Implementasi orientasi entrepreneurship mampu menambah wawasan para anggota Binaan dinas Koperasi, karena mampu meningkatkan sikap dan perilaku produktif mereka di tengah tantangan disrupsi saat ini. Studi dan implementasi viabilitas bisnis ini masih mempunyai kelemahan, karena dilakukan hanya pada UMKM di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, sehingga belum sepenuhnya dapat digeneral untuk UMKM Indonesia
