Abstrak

Sains dan teknologi di abad ke-21 telah mencapai kemajuan besar. Kemajuan ini menuntut adanya kemampuan siswa agar mampu menemukan dan menyelidiki data untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi. Kemampuan yang dimaksud adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan aspek memberikan klarifikasi, membangun kemampuan awal, dan memutuskan. Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan berpikir cerdas yang menyoroti pada menyimpulkan aktivitas yang harus diterima atau sesuatu yang harus dilakukan. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan yakni kelas VII 1 dan VII 2 di MTs Al-Ikhlas Donggo. Jenis penelitian yakni kuantitatif statistik deskriptif dengan desain quasi-eksperimen (one group pretest-posttest). Artikel ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui Dampak Model Inkuiri Terbimbing Berbantuan Simulasi PhET pada Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa MTs Al-Ikhlas Donggo Kabupaten Bima.
