Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the application of innovative learning models in Active Learning Seminars (SPA). The Active Learning Seminar is a routine training held to support the pedagogical competence of fourth semester students at FKIP Unika Weetebula. This research is a descriptive study involving 100 students spread across 5 study programs. The sampling technique is purposive random sampling. The data collection technique is interview and questionnaire techniques (using Google Form). The research results showed that 79.82% of students stated that they strongly agreed with the implementation of SPA activities because they helped students learn various active learning models, 77% stated that SPA helped students understand various active learning models, 78.82% stated that through SPA activities they could understand learning models. It has been simulated very well, and 76.47% stated they were ready to carry out learning activities by applying the active learning model
