Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang penting bagi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui supervisi kolaboaboratif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah yang melalui langkah-langkah dari perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), observasi (observing) dan refleksi (reflecting) yang dilakukan secara bersiklus hingga berulang beberapa siklus minimal dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan rumus persentase. Terhadap kegiatan supervisi kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik guru dalam mendisain rencana pembelajaran sehingga keterlaksanaan kegiatan RPK dapat mengalami peningkatan dilihat dari  hasil monitoring pelaksanaan kegiatan, pada siklus I sebesar 88% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 96%. Sehingga dapat dikatakan keterlaksanaan supervisi dengan melakukan persiapan yang matang dan dilaksanakan sesuai panduan berdampak yang sangat baik.
