Journal History

Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan IPA (JPPIPA) was born in 2015 and began with the publication of  Volume 1 Issue 1 January 2015. Initially, JPPIPA publish by Master Education of Science Study Program with the url address: https://jurnal.unram.ac.id/jppipa.

In 2017, JPPIPA changed the url to: https://jppipa.unram.ac.id/index.php/jppipa. This is done because the previous URL is unstable and often errants. In his year, JPPIPA publish by Postgraduate University of Mataram. In this year also, JPPIPA accredited Dikti and obtained SINTA 4.

In 2018, JPPIPAmade improvements ranging from changes in journal templates to the publication of manuscripts with English. At the end of 2018, JPPIPA is accredited by DIKTI with SINTA 3. This journal continues to make improvements so that in 2021, this journal is accredited by DIkti with SINTA 2.

Starting in 2022, JPPIPA is published 4 times a year and starts from Volume 7 Issue 1, January 2022.  In October 2022, the Journal of Educational Research IPA was upgraded to OJS 3. This is done for the stability of the web in the management of journals.

From January 2024 onwards, JPPIPA will publish 50 articles per edition. Manuscripts received will be strictly reviewed so that the quality of the Journal becomes better.
