Article Withdrawal Policy

Article Withdrawal Policy

Jurnal Penelitian Pendidikan IPA (JPPIPA) recognizes that, under certain circumstances, authors may need to request the withdrawal of a manuscript. However, manuscript withdrawal should only be requested for valid and justifiable reasons.

Withdrawal Before the Editorial or Peer-Review Process

Authors may request the withdrawal of a manuscript before the editorial or peer-review process has begun. The withdrawal request must be formally submitted by the corresponding author to the Editor of JPPIPA.

Withdrawal During the Editorial or Peer-Review Process

Once a manuscript has entered the editorial or peer-review process, withdrawal is strongly discouraged. If withdrawal is necessary, the corresponding author must submit a formal request to the Editor, clearly stating the reason for the withdrawal.

A manuscript will only be considered officially withdrawn after the authors have received written confirmation from the Editor of JPPIPA. Until such confirmation is received, the manuscript remains under consideration by JPPIPA and must not be submitted to another journal.

Withdrawal After Acceptance

Withdrawal of a manuscript that has already been accepted for publication is strongly discouraged and will only be considered under certain circumstances with clear and justifiable reasons. The final decision regarding the withdrawal request rests with the Editor of JPPIPA.

Publication Fees and Refunds

Any fees already paid to JPPIPA are non-refundable if the authors decide to withdraw their manuscript after the editorial or peer-review process has begun, including manuscripts that have already been accepted for publication.

By submitting a manuscript to JPPIPA, all authors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Article Withdrawal Policy.
